Theologians, Priests Must Restore "Common Meaning"

The Most Reverend Edward Braxton, Bishop of Belleville, Illinois, delivered Notre Dame Seminary's 2006 Theological Forum Oct. 20. Braxton used a brief exploration of the theology of the Eucharist as a springboard to an analysis of the theological method and the difficulty the Church experiences in many quarters in communicating and discussing its theological teachings.
